fix pod errors
add new configuration options "-location" and "-phase", for allowing file generation to the repository rather than the build (Kent Fredric, PR#1)

Create files in the build, based on a template located in a dist sharedir

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenerateFile::ShareDir, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenerateFile::ShareDir

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenerateFile::ShareDir
