fixed formatting of quoted Build.PL by marking a verbatim section, rather than simply indenting by 4 columns
fixed the inverted check of PERL_MB_FALLBACK_SILENCE_WARNING (broken since 0.016)

Build a Build.PL that uses Module::Build::Tiny, falling back to Module::Build as needed

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildTiny::Fallback, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildTiny::Fallback

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildTiny::Fallback
