simplified code, and greatly simplified use, by no longer loading the target file before applying the templating

Modify files in the build, with templates and DATA section

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MungeFile::WithData, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MungeFile::WithData

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MungeFile::WithData
