Changes for version 0.021 - 2015-03-05

Incorporate some minor documentation improvements based on annocpan notes
before prompting the user regarding the feature(s), first ensure the resulting prereqs are not already installed; toggled by the -load_prereqs option, defaults to true (thanks for the idea, Alberto Simões!)

Specify prerequisites for optional features in your distribution

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature
