switch from using JSON to JSON::MaybeXS
avoid reporting core (non-duallifed) modules as being stale, since they cannot be updated without updating perl itself

print your distribution's prerequisites and plugins that are out of date

Abort at build/release time if modules are out of date

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale
