To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Git::VersionManager, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Git::VersionManager

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Git::VersionManager
