new config variable, $ENV{PERL_TEST_WARNINGS_ONLY_REPORT_WARNINGS}, for temporarily turning failures into reports

Test for warnings and the lack of them

To install Test::Warnings, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Warnings

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Warnings
