HTTP-Async-0.06

Changes for version 0.06 - 2007-02-06

Changed the request uri that is used so that it has the host in for proxy requests and does not otherwise. This is to comply with the RFC for HTTP ( http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec5.html#sec5.1.2 ).
