First upload to cpan. Identical with version 1.03 in the perl core. Upstream for this module is still blead perl.

To install Devel::SelfStubber, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::SelfStubber

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::SelfStubber
