Changes for version 1.04 - 2003-10-06

adapted get_entries according to the new layout of of the entry-history. Note: the date entry of the returned hashref has now the format DD.MM.YYYY.
fixed the output of the example scripts in the face of the changed date format.
brought POD up-to-date.
changed version to 1.04, inspired by a talk about CPANTS at a vienna.pm techmeet.
