Removed failing test (i'm not supplying the cgi it called to at the moment). Updated email address. Added licensing details. Added this file.

Send a Jabber message simply.

To install Jabber::SimpleSend, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Jabber::SimpleSend

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Jabber::SimpleSend
