Allow extended date coverage - past dates handled by localtime - using hash ref argument year, month, day
Added mode for ISO 8601 output YYYY-Wxx

Simple routine to return the ISO 8601 week of the year (as well as the ISO week year)

To install Date::WeekOfYear, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::WeekOfYear

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Date::WeekOfYear
