	Precompiled parser now works.  Parses test1.v in about 6 seconds.
	generate_precompiled_parser.pl can't seem to properly
	insert the "use Hardware::Verilog::StdLogic" line
	correctly though. Have to manually edit the PrecompiledParser.pm
	file to do it correctly.

	fixed a bunch of warning messages about unintialized data.
	ran a bunch of extreme verilog files through the parser.
	fixed a bunch of errors in the grammar rules.
	tried to clean up some of the grammar rules to run a bit faster.
	fixed a number of StdLogic.pm bugs to perform math correctly.

	minor patch.
	readme file incorrectly referred to non-existent verilog.pl file.
	parser.pl script now also report performance information for
	benchmarking. average is about 20 lines of verilog a second.

	added SearchPath method to Parser.pm
	can now specify a search path to look for verilog files.
