Changes for version 0.03

Made error reporting during testing more verbose (this likely won't fix the CPAN Testers failures yet, but help diagnose them)

Generate simple SVG badges

To install Badge::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Badge::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Badge::Simple
