use base instead of parent at LinkTo.pm
and add html encode (idea by http://blog.livedoor.jp/dankogai/archives/50940023.html)

like link_to in Ruby on Rails

To install Template::Plugin::LinkTo, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Template::Plugin::LinkTo

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Template::Plugin::LinkTo
