Changes for version 1.17 - 2002-11-30

Be polite we SMTP servers and try to issue QUIT command before disconnecting.
Workaround Perl bug (#18784) which causes userpart regexp matching failures with correct userparts in Perl 5.8.0. Patch by Rodger Bagnall.
Remove from documentation notice that MAIL/RCPT check works with mailboxes on hotmail.com. It seems it is not true anymore.
