Change the default for $ok23 to 1.
2.01080601++ Reword warning about slow intnum: only 75% longer than on PARI/GP. (overhead of the internal sub call in subtest 30 looks like 10x overhead of an empty subroutine call). New advice that upgrade to 2.3.* may fix `overflow' and `highremainder'. Exchange order of initialization of PARI and of `functions_highlevel' with >= 2.3.0; allows installation of highlevel functions (in particular, install() and PostScript printing). New function have_graphics() (not exported). The test engine takes into account have_graphics().
