don't assume PERLDOCJP_SERVER have /pod/ in its path; this makes it easier to launch an api server that serves local files

perldoc that also checks perldoc.jp

To install Pod::PerldocJp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::PerldocJp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::PerldocJp
