App::Git::Workflow::Command - Helper for other commands

get_options ($option_hash, @options)
Just a wrapper for Getopt::Long's GetOptions which configures bundling and adds verbose, help, man and version options. Also if GetOptions fails usage info will be displayed.

Wrapper for Pod::Usage's pod2usage to work around Windows' Git Bash tool missing the library.
