Changes for version 1.004

Replace the WWW::OPG implementation with one based on an API graciously offered by OPG
Rename the old implementation to WWW::OPG::Scraper

Perl interface to Ontario Power Generation's site

Drop-in module using web page scraping

To install WWW::OPG, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::OPG

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::OPG
