Changes for version 0.04

fixed problematic memory management (Sisyphus++)
fixed (hopefully) reference count problem
separated some xs functionality (data storage) into distinct functions
- allows modular replacement of data storage types
- this is first step towards pdl backend

To install Math::GSLx::ODEIV2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::GSLx::ODEIV2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::GSLx::ODEIV2
