Add support for Windows 2008 Server and Windows 7 in Win32::GetOSName() and in the documentation for Win32::GetOSVersion().
Make Win32::GetOSName() implementation testable.
Document that the OSName for Win32s is actually "WinWin32s".

To install Win32, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
