in t/clock.t in a fast system we need to burn more CPU, reported and fix suggested by Joel C. Maslak <jmaslak@antelope.net>

for t/utime.t in netbsd we need /sbin in PATH to find the mount command, this is needed for the fix in 1.9751 to actually help netbsd with noatime mounts. (thanks to Nigel Horne)

High resolution alarm, sleep, gettimeofday, interval timers

To install Time::HiRes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::HiRes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::HiRes
