Changes for version 0.10 - 2018-12-29

Combine four test files into one to avoid problems where tester (especially a CPANtester) has envvar HARNESS_OPTIONS set to j2 or greater. The four test files in question each touch the submodules in t/lib/. Parallel testing disturbed these in unexpected ways.
