dh-make-pm --tilde added
dh-make-pm --debian-version added
dh-make-pm will generate META.yml if not present

build Debian packages (dh-make-perl on pbuilder+cowdancer steroids)

creates PerlPackages index from .deb files

To install Debian::Apt::PM, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Debian::Apt::PM

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Debian::Apt::PM
