Changes for version 0.62

Remove excess -l calls from LIBS - libasync_wmi_lib.so will handle the extra libraries
Change the name to Net::WMIClient
Change the licence to GPLv2+ only
Add Timeout => parameter to short-circuit WMI calls

Perl extension for WMI calls

To install Net::WMIClient, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::WMIClient

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::WMIClient
