A minimal boot-strapping for Dist::Zilla Plug-ins.

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Bootstrap::lib, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Bootstrap::lib

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Bootstrap::lib
