remove the functions "GetPointsOval" and "GetPointsCircle"
use "GetPointsOutOval", "GetPointsOutCircle", "GetLinesOutOval" and "GetLinesOutCircle" from the baseclass Tk::Image::Calculation
add some tests

Perl extension for a graphic user interface to cut pictures.

To install Tk::Image::Cut, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tk::Image::Cut

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tk::Image::Cut
