Changes for version 1.209 - 2016-01-30

"mark" and "no_spacebar" - indexes out of range: now dies with an appropriate error message.
Bugfix: with only one row a string can still be to long if there is only one string.
If the option "ll" is enabled: empty strings are no longer replaced (should only matter if all passed strings are empty).
Code refactoring

Update documentation.
