WTD INDUSTRIES <WTDI> SAWMILL OFFER REJECTED
  WTD Industries Inc said its
  offer to buy the bankrupt Harris Pine sawmill in Pendleton,
  Oregon was rejected by the bankruptcy court trustee.
      The company said the bid was rjected in favor of a higher
  offer.
