Added hxjs_make_project.pl to take care of the Perl side of things
Changed the Service, Job, etc. in JS to HeliosService, HeliosJob, etc. (may change again in the future)

Helios service base class to allow Helios services written in JavaScript

in lib/HeliosX/JSTestService.pm

To install HeliosX::JSService, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HeliosX::JSService

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HeliosX::JSService
