Changes for version 0.42 - 2009-05-05

fix bug with ssh transport and directories containing spaces
when given a directory that does not exist, Dackup now mkpaths the directory (suggested by Alias)
when not passed a directory, defaults to using .perl/Dackup or Perl/Dackup in home directory (suggested by Alias)
add new throttle option throttle => '1MBps' (only SSH for now)
