Changes for version 2.16 - 2018-02-25

Replace various hacks in Makefile.PL with Module::FromPerlVer. At this point there may be multiple versions going forward which use features of Perl after 5.14; older versions will be frozen (aside from bugfixes).
Note that the new arrangement leaves ./lib out of the tarball: it is created by Module::FromPerlVer from ./version/<appropriate>/lib when Makefile.PL is processed.
This file is now CHANGES.

locate and a 'use lib' or export directories based on $FindBin::Bin.

stable version of code for older perl installations.

To install FindBin::libs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FindBin::libs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FindBin::libs
