Changes for version 0.18 - 2025-05-08

If reference is already readonly do not re-make it readonly. This improves performance when "merging" readonly arrays and hashes.

To install Const::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Const::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Const::XS
