Changes for version 0.13

methods config_init(), config_name(), config_section() and config_read() are no longer exported by default
Minor fix in method _load() to avoid "use of uninitialized value" message
Added POD for std_config() method to avoid build errors caused by POD::Coverage
some minor changes in tests

Add Config::Any Support to CGI::Application

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::Config::Any, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::Config::Any

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::Config::Any
