Changes for version 0.1.9 - 2004-02-26

added prepare_blogroll method as a new direction in updating OPML files specifically for blogrolls and subscriptions
removed parse and parsefile methods
abandoned hope of being able to update any OPML file due to the lack of a quality standard for OPML

creates OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language) files and updates blogrolls

To install XML::OPML, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::OPML

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::OPML
