Added if statement around setpgrp(0,0). That function is not supported under Windows.
Updated logic for removing any remaining MCE session directories inside MCE::Signal.

To install MCE, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MCE

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MCE
