BUG FIXES
- fixed POD syntax issue in Constraints.pm that was causing a 'make test' failure with Test::Pod >.96

Validates user input (usually from an HTML form) based on input profile.

To install Data::FormValidator, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
