Still problems with some time zone or another in CEST timezone. Added a little more debugging for this situation in timezone test.
Spelling fix in Changes.

Turns English descriptions into time periods

To install Date::PeriodParser, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::PeriodParser

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Date::PeriodParser
