Changes for version 0.21 - 2016-01-13

Optimization: avoid the creation of a pdf just to get the cover right. This change should speed up things about 33%.

script to impose a PDF using the PDF::Imposition class.

fixed 16 pages signatures on a single sheet, with triple folding.

To install PDF::Imposition, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PDF::Imposition

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PDF::Imposition
