Changes for version 0.09 - 2009-12-10

Added version requirement for Test::More in Build.PL so we can use done_testing().

Command line tools to leverage PPIx::EditorTools (and maybe more)

Vim script to integrate with App::EditorTools

To install App::EditorTools, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::EditorTools

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::EditorTools
