Improvements
- Prefer to use cpanmetadb's package history API for pinning versions. Note that it only works against versions since April 2012. You can set `--metacpan` to still prefer MetaCPAN API search, and can use `--cascade-search` to fallback to MetaCPAN after CPAN MetaDB as well.
