Changes for version 0.02

Added Template::Stash::ForceUTF8 and now this module works magically (you can mix Unicode flagged and UTF-8 bytes in stash!)
Now no_unicode mode is unnecessary since we have magical stash

Template plugin to specify encoding

Explicitly declare encodings of your templates

Force UTF-8 (Unicode) flag on stash variables

To install Template::Provider::Encoding, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Template::Provider::Encoding

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Template::Provider::Encoding
