Changes for version 0.04

Require Crypt::Random::Source 0.07 to avoid various bugs and warnings.
Fix the version requirements for Windows so that CPAN will install the proper prerequisites there.

Cryptographically-secure, cross-platform replacement for rand()

The underlying PRNG, as an object.

To install Math::Random::Secure, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Random::Secure

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Random::Secure
