Changes for version 3.4 - 2008-05-20

(libev) work around both a windows bug and a bug in perl's select on windows when not waiting for any file descriptors.
bundle ev.pod into the tarball, just to increase its size (and for the poor internetless person).

To install EV, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm EV

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install EV
