'other_argv' option implemented
using timeout_options() feature of Ubic::Service::Skeleton, manual trials loop removed
'pidfile' parameter is now optional and will be derived implicitly (morpheus configuration is required to use this feature)

cpanm Ubic::Service::Memcached
