PLS::Server::Request::Client::RegisterCapability
This is a message from the server to the client requesting that a new capability be registered.
This request must be sent for capabilities that cannot be registered for statically.
To install PLS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm PLS
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install PLS
