=head1 DETAILS

	MANIFEST: Html.pm
	PROJECT: meta
	VERSION: 0.04

=head1 SYNOPSIS

	package foo;
	use Meta::Lang::Dtd::Html qw();
	my($build)=...
	Meta::Lang::Dtd::Html::c2html($build);

=head1 DESCRIPTION

This module knows how to translate DTD files to html documentation
derived from XML comments embedded in them. It uses XML::Handler::Dtd2Html
to do it's thing. There are more options in XML::Handler::Dtd2Html to be
able to emit frames output (this will mean that each html output will be
put in several files). Fortunately - the default is that the output is
a single HTML.

=head1 FUNCTIONS

	c2html($)
	c2html_basic($)
	TEST($)

=head1 FUNCTION DOCUMENTATION

=over 4

=item B<c2html($)>

This is the method which does all of the work.

=item B<c2html_basic($)>

This is the basic procedure which does the work.

=item B<TEST($)>

This is a testing suite for the Meta::Lang::Dtd::Html module.
This test is should be run by a higher level management system at integration
or release time or just as a regular routine to check that all is well.
