Changes for version 0.04 - 2014-04-16

MetaCPAN::Client 1.001001 had a fix which means we can now use its iterator interface, instead of using the Elasticsearch scroller. Thanks to Mickey.
Added more documentation.

find latest release(s) of all dists on CPAN, including dev releases

in lib/CPAN/Releases/Latest/Release.pm

in lib/CPAN/Releases/Latest/ReleaseIterator.pm

To install CPAN::Releases::Latest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Releases::Latest

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Releases::Latest
