Changes for version 1.2

The password was set to be expanded for variables by App::Config, since this is the default. Turned off this feature for password, since it can cause weirdness if you have potential variable refs in your PAUSE password. Thanks to Andy Wardley for having a bizarro password.

upload one or more files to CPAN, using PAUSE

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm NEILB/cpan-upload-1.2.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install NEILB/cpan-upload-1.2.tar.gz
